FAQs:

  • How soon after I’ve signed up can I start earning points?
    You start earning points as soon as you pick up your LBM Rewards card and make a qualifying purchase. It’s that easy!

  • How do I enroll?
    You can enroll either by registering through the app, visiting lbmrewards.com, or calling customer service at 844-770-4LBM (844-770-4526).

  • How do I spend my points?
    You must be enrolled before you can redeem points. When you are ready to spend points, simply tell the cashier at the beginning of your purchase that you would like to spend your points today. All points you have, up to the total amount of your purchase will be applied to the sale.

  • What happens if I lose my card?

    If your card is enrolled, simply get another card for a Lummi Bay Market store and call the phone number on the back. The points from your original card will be transferred to your new card. A card that has not been enrolled cannot transfer points.

The Fine Print:

  1. Rewards members earn one (1) point for every one (1) dollar on qualifying purchases. Fuel earns (1) point for every one (1) gallon. Qualifying purchases exclude lottery, gift cards, and stamps.

  2. Membership is free.

  3. Redeem points in the store. Every point can be exchanged for one (1) cent in savings.

  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their card is inserted into the fuel pump.

  5. Accounts with no activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered inactive and will lose points and may be deleted from the rewards program.

  6. Membership, points, and game coins are non-transferable.

  7. Our refund policy prohibits refunds on points.

  8. Points may not be exchanged for cash.

  9. Game coins expire after ninety days. After this period, unused game coins will be removed from the player’s balance.

  10. Lummi Commercial Company reserves all rights including the right to:

    • Adjust any point balance for any reason.

    • Change, modify, or cancel this program at any time without notice.

    • Revoke or suspend member privileges at any time, for any reason, without notice.
